“Why Me?”Understand the illness from a holistic and spiritual point of viewFrom the holistic point of view, illnesses are a product of internal manifestations of energetic disorders or dysfunctions, due to repetitive habits of actions that go against our health, or less friendly attitudes against ourselves. Once diagnosed an illness we must understand that a rupture exists in the energy field, that nobody is a culprit of the situation. Taking the situation and the patient as an integral part we can become guides in his sanation. From the spiritual point of view: Often we do not take in account that we also possess a spirit. To wake up this conscience helps us to acquire a positive position against the life, with his flows – “comes and gos”-, eliminating fears and anxiety that make our body ill. Taking in account the space of time of the development of the illness and departing from this point, we will realize the form in which we have taken in consideration our body, our attitudes to the adverse circumstances in our daily life. If we stop perceiving the call of attention of any symptom that our body sends us in a warning, the situation worsens with our lack of attention. Our physical body is the thermometer of our interior, the mirror of our attitudes, of our mental state, of the position before life, unsolved traumas in the course of our life, the environment. A person of positive attitudes is aware of what is happening and automatically changes his life, his behaviours, takes serious the call of attention, starts a therapy for recovery, spiritual and physical. It is also possible that with an illness, is it congenital or hereditary, equally we must take measures of auto-reflection, bearing in mind the previous cases presented in the family, and do everything possible to have a better quality of life. We can take as example the measures that were taken in the first cases presented in the family or of persons with similar cases. The doctors can give a predictive diagnose of the illness but they cannot guarantee the time of the death of a patient. This depends on our attitude confronting the illness, and if the persons who help care give us their support and unconditional love. And why do we fall ill? With the constant flows of energies guided in an unconscious way, our energy field is wasted or spent, giving way to an energy collapse, coming finally to the illness. The illness is an internal scream of our body, warning that something is working undue in our energy field. The accumulation of unsolved internal conflicts in a past, and if we don’t pay attention and continue as if nothing had happened, these unsolved conflicts in any moment go off and out to the light. But then perhaps it is already something late to solve them, announcing an illness. In an early state of detection and the timely implementation of corrective measures the illness may become cured, solving situations and conflicts of the past. What are the subliminal reasons of the development of the illness?Illnesses are alarms in our bodies and they manifest in different ways, taking in account the type of illness and consequently the character and the attitude of the patient. This gives us an orientation as how to confront it in a less dramatic and more conscious way to help the patient. The illnesses or energy malfunctions are silent and in some cases the symptoms worsen, because we do not understand sufficiently the language of our body; if there is pain we let the things continue without taking a resolution to know what is happening in our body. Which factors promote the development? The factors that promote the illnesses can be different and can present themselves in many ways: very low or fatalistic frame of mind, unreflective conduct, rage, indignation, fear and depression, loneliness, need to be recognized and accepted in the society. When one of these situations presents itself in our lives and we allow a development of frequent attitudes of complaint without looking for a more positive outcome for ourselves and towards the persons who surround us, nothing changes and everything will keep on being fruitless. This way we are giving way to a more and more traumatic development and the illness attacks with no mercy. Until we take conscience of the situation and afford to find a therapist, who helps us to get out of this situation. Bear in mind: NOBODY IS ALONE IN LIFE; WE ALWAYS FIND THE EXIT leaving aside the fear of allowing us to be guided; for our prompt recovery. Your are not the only one who looks for answers to your questions: Why, what causes the illness, why do some people get it and not others? Each suffering soul made her own experiences and the following book recollects them, to bring you fortitude. The authors wanted answers to the many questions arising within the ill person as well as within the family.
